Order Form

To Order with this form:  There are three ways to order (all funds USD), you can mail in a check or money order (please no cash) made out to Nippert & Co ARTWORKS, you can call our secure order line and leave your name, address, credit card, expiration date, and your phone number (it's very important to leave us your phone number), or you can go below and order securely with our On-Line Order Form using a credit card.  Parishes and other organizations who wish to be billed just put all zeros in the credit card blocks at the bottom of the screen and state in the Special Instructions box that you wish to be billed, this is for established customers only.  First time orders can print the order form below and send a check or money order.  We will contact you if we need additional information.

Shipping & Taxes: Shipping and handling is $4 for the first item and $1 for each additional item, up to $12.  Pennsylvania residents please add 6% sales tax, if you are in PA and exempt from state sales tax, please provide us with your tax ID number.  Orders shipped to states other than PA, do not need to add sales tax.   

All sales in software are final.  If there is a problem with your CD, please contact us.  No unauthorized returns will be accepted.  Contact us before returning any products.  Please allow 1 to 3 weeks for delivery.  If you need your order by a certain date, please call us so we can accommodate you.  Thank You!
